If you don’t then you might want to make a note as the best UK city to go to this Bank Holiday weekend has been revealed.

According to new research from rest and self-care brand Ostrichpillow, they looked at 50 cities outside of the capital to find the best place to go for a well-needed rest.

The study looked at factors including accommodation options, public transport services great access to nature, landmarks, family entertainment, restaurants and bars, and shopping.

So, which city is the best place to go?

Overall, West Midlands as a region had the highest scoring cities, followed by the South West and East Midlands.

However, it was Manchester which ranked as the top place to visit this Bank holiday weekend.

Of course, the city is known for its football. You can take a tour of either Manchester City or Manchester United’s clubs where you can feel what it is like to be a footballer.
