TalentLynk is an innovative, cloud calling and AI-powered communication platform that saves time, boosts revenue and leads to better matches between businesses and talent.
Founded in 2024 by London-based entrepreneurs Daniel Nitu and Omar Zafar, TalentLynk has secured £335,000 in pre-seed funding from established UK investor, Haatch.
Streamlining recruitment practices is a cause close to Zafar’s heart, who previously headed up his own recruitment company. With his team spending excessive time on manual administrative tasks and managing multiple communication channels he knows how easy it is for crucial information to slip through the gaps.
“Today’s recruiters are incredibly busy and have to constantly switch between their work and personal mobiles, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and other channels to communicate with candidates and clients. None of these conversations are being tracked in the CRM or brought together in one place. Recruiters are spending up to two hours a day on manual tasks like writing up call notes, gathering messages and updating CRMs.
Omar Zafar, Head of Sales and Marketing TalentLynk
Inspired by these challenges, Zafar and Nitu landed on the solution– a cloud calling and AI communication platform that provides phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email services into a single inbox that syncs with CRMs. Thus, TalentLynk was born.
TalentLynk’s main features and benefits:
