Four proptechs including two of the UK’s best-known proptechs have been named among 500 of the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK and beyond.
Sprift leads the field after being placed 139th in Deloitte’s’ ‘Fast 500’ tech firms list with student lettings portal Unihomes next at 292nd followed by Goodlord at 314th and developer funding portal CrowdProperty at 482.
The list includes companies based in Europe, the Middle East and Asia but not the US and is compiled by Deloitte from applications to its separate Fast 50 programme, which hands out awards each year to the 50 best tech firms for high growth. It has been running for 27 years.
To qualify for either award, companies must have achieved some mind-boggling revenue growth goals over the past three years of doing business and for example the No.1 in the Fast 500 list – games company Metacore – reported revenue growth of 89,319%.
Companies further down the list are more modest but nevertheless jaw dropping; Sprift reported revenue growth of 1,229% while Goodlord’s figure was 608%.

“Receiving such recognition among an international cohort of winners is also testament to the support we have from the UK property industry and the companies that use our products, without whom we couldn’t have turbo-charged our growth.”
“On behalf of our entire team, I’d like to thank Deloitte for this prestigious recognition, and I’d also like to thank all those who continue to support Sprift across the UK property industry who we’re determined to continue serving with comprehensive data to turbo-charge their businesses too.”
