Remit includes overseeing client services
Sedgwick Canada has appointed Paul Burns (pictured) as vice president of UK third-party administration (TPA) operations and client services.
“I look forward to joining the TPA operations team in Canada and supporting the evolving needs of our clients and customers,” said Burns, who brings more than two and a half decades of industry experience to the post.
Kumar Siva, Sedgwick’s senior vice president of the desktop and TPA division in Canada, pointed to what Burns brings to the table.
“Paul’s extensive background and focus on teamwork, client relations, and customer service will be vital for our support of TPA, Lloyd’s, and national clients,” Siva said.
“Paul will be working closely with our TPA operations on managing client services for both domestic and international key clients,” said Sedgwick Canada president Mike Alwyn. “He has a proven record of delivering sales growth, strategic client relationship management, and client retention, and we’re glad to welcome him into the Sedgwick family.”
