Spirits distributor Emporia Brands has brought Rémi Landier Cognac and Charentais aperitifs to the UK market for the first time.
Rémi Landier, a family distillery and wine estate managed by Geraldine Landier, has produced fine spirits since 1890.
The family, now in its fifth generation, is dedicated to showcasing the elegance of the Fins Bois cru, celebrated for its limestone and clay soil that produces ‘soft and fruity’ Cognacs.
“I am thrilled to announce our family brand’s expansion into the vibrant UK market,” said Landier. “It is an exciting moment for us as we embark on this journey of sharing our exceptional Cognac with discerning enthusiasts across the channel.
“In selecting Emporia Brands as our distributor, we found a partner whose dedication to craftsmanship and quality perfectly aligns with our own values.
“We look forward to starting our new relationships with Emporia Brands and our new UK customers, inviting them to experience the rich heritage and exquisite taste of our Cognac. Here is to a fruitful partnership and many memorable moments shared over a glass of Cognac Rémi Landier!”
The brand’s portfolio includes Pineau des Charentes wines, Capucin aperitif and Cognacs ranging from VS to Joël Robuchon XO, co-created with the celebrated Michelin-starred chef.
Emporia Brands is a family-owned spirits importer, distributor and innovator based in Surrey, England.
Earlier this month, Emporia Brands officially opened registrations for the 2024 Gabriel Boudier Wizard Award Competition and launched last year’s winning product, Gabriel Boudier Turmeric liqueur.
