Some of the biggest and best fashion designers and celebrities from around the world have gathered in France over the last two weeks for Paris Fashion Week.
The event gives designers a chance to show off some of their new clothing designs for the year ahead, and also some of their more bold creative show pieces.
From 18-23 June was the men’s fashion for spring/summer next year, and June 24-27 is Haute Couture Week, organised by the Fédération Française de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM).
Haute Couture comes from the French words “haute” meaning “high” or “elegant,” and “couture” translating to “sewing” or “dressmaking” and are often one-of-a-kind, very fancy handmade pieces.
