This UK-based company is seeing rapid growth and opportunity across core business lines, in a number of exciting International markets, and this role seeks to develop and execute a plan to capitalise on these territories through innovation and agile investment, underpinned by proven, research-led strategy.

You’ll be supported by experienced academics as well as Mahogany’s own leadership team.

Having gained some professional experience within the creative and/or media sectors, with a proven passion for music this role will see you acting as a credible ambassador, building stakeholder relationships and cultivating key international relationships and partnerships.

  • Leveraging the current business model and its high value databases to maximise commercial and partnership opportunities
  • Overseeing the existing company CRM and user portal to streamline operation and workflow, and lead on innovation and development
  • Identify new commercial markets and/or opportunities that in turn increase sales and drive brand awareness globally
  • Benchmarking against comparable brands to identify best practice management techniques
  • Ensuring the globalisation strategy is fit-for-purpose, sets realistic KPIs, and is achievable alongside business-as-usual.
  • Planning for future growth opportunities, including Web 3.0 and AI
