After building planning and seeking investors for my new SAS company over the past 35 days I’ve seem to have neglected the legal side of my business including simple things such as terms and conditions to important contracts and agreements it seems I should have in place but don’t currently.
I’ve looked up templates and used AI to help write some basic ones as I didn’t want to approach a lawyer or a accountant etc before having an idea, or at least something for them to look at.
My expertise lay marked in, but the world of accountancy and business law is something I have very little knowledge in.
If there is someone who is open to hopping on a call and offers a pay per hour basis? I would love to have some questions answered and some documents looked over.
