Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited (KISL) has has completed the acquisition of Linbrooke Services’ rail business – a specialist technology and connectivity integrator to key rail network operators across the UK.
Linbrooke’s rail business is an approved Network Rail tier-one Principal Contractor, delivering end-to-end ‘design and build’ signalling, telecommunications and associated power solutions across the UK Rail infrastructure since 2003.
This acquisition elevates the digital and systems capability of KISL, building on its existing specialisms in rail electrification and general rail engineering.
As a result of the acquisition, KISL has secured the long-term future of the Linbrooke rail business including circa 140 employees in a financially viable way, while providing valuable support to supply chain partners, and delivering continuity of services to key customers such as Network Rail, Southwest Trains, High Speed One, and Hitachi. It also provides potential customers like High Speed Two with a compelling future offer.
