UPDATE 2: Fortnite servers are back online alongside the release of update 32.10. The news was announced by Epic Games on X: “Downtime for v32.10 has ended! Jump back in!”
As part of the update, Epic Games has added Ice Spice to the game, as well as a new emote. Other skins have also been discovered by Fortnite insiders such as Hypex.
You can check out the new items, skins and other changes by checking out this link for Fortnite update 32.10.
UPDATE: Fortnite maintenance has started in full following matchmaking being disabled by Epic Games.
As a reminder, the servers are expected to remain offline until around 11am GMT at the earliest.
ORIGINAL: Fortnite server downtime has been announced ahead of the release of update 32.10.
The new Fortnite update will be available to download on the morning of November 13. However, you won’t actually be able to check out the new content until server maintenance comes to an end.
According to Epic Games, Fortnite will be taken offline in full at 9am GMT UK time, although matchmaking will be disabled shortly beforehand.
If you want to get a quick game of Fortnite in before downtime, you’ll probably need to join a game before 8.30am GMT.

The news was announced by Epic Games on X (formerly Twitter), alongside confirmation about when exactly the game would be taken offline.
“Downtime for v32.10 begins at 4 AM ET with matchmaking ending shortly beforehand,” reads an Epic tweet.
For UK fans, this means that Fortnite will be taken offline in full at 9am GMT, while matchmaking will be disabled at 8.30am UK time.
Epic hasn’t revealed exactly when downtime will come to an end, but maintenance typically lasts for 2-3 hours.
This means Fortnite and all companion game modes should be back online from 11am GMT UK time.
With update 32.10 likely to be the only major patch of the Fortnite Remix season, there’s a chance downtime will run for longer than usual.
Likewise, the file size may be bigger than expected, especially if it contains all of the Remix Finale event files.
In terms of what fans can expect, the new update will introduce Ice Spice to Fortnite Remix. Ice Spice performed alongside Snoop Dogg in the recent end of season event and will also join the item shop.
Shark Island will also be given a makeover, as well as the title of Ice Isle. The POI is described as a “neon-lit, Y2K-dripped abandoned shopping mall with an ominous aura”.
Players will also be able to defeat Ice Spice and pick up her Grappler item and Mythic Rifle.
Sadly, update 32.10 won’t introduce the new Kicks cosmetic, which has been delayed due to a technical error. You’ll still be able to unlock the AJ1 Black Toe Reimagined shoes in the Remix Pass, but you won’t be able to equip them.
Chances are we’ll get a clue about the end of season event, and maybe the Marvel Rivals crossover.
