Awada joins Exotec from Amazon, where he pursued an eight-year long career in operations, retail, and the cloud technology business, culminating as Head of the AWS EMEA Marketing Response Centre. 

His new role will be to identify strategic partnerships and new opportunities for growth, as part of Exotec’s efforts to expand its customer base in the UK. 

He says: “I am delighted to be joining Exotec at such an exciting time in the company’s development.”

“The UK is a key growth area for the business and offers significant potential, so I’m looking forward to attracting new customers, identifying their challenges and ensuring we deliver the best possible solutions, as we build further momentum in Western Europe.”

Thomas Genestar, Managing Director of Western Europe at Exotec, says: “The appointment of both Ada and Bassem will be instrumental in the development of our UK activities, combining Ada’s extensive knowledge of the logistics ecosystem and Bassem’s expertise in building and nurturing customer relations.”
