ACCOUNTABILITY Edinburgh Limited has won the Bookkeeping Partner of the Year award at Xero’s prestigious annual awards held in Manchester on Wednesday, 1st May 2024. The awards evening, which took place at New Century, Manchester, showcased the achievements of those apps, accountants and bookkeepers supporting the UK small business community.
Small businesses are facing tough economic conditions from inflation, to low economic growth, to labour shortages. Now more than ever they need the support of accountants, bookkeepers and apps to stay on track and mitigate the impact of these challenges.
With the pace of technological change increasing, and ways of working continue to evolve, accountants and bookkeepers are continuously adapting to these changes to stay ahead, whilst remaining a trusted advisor to their clients.
There were 13 trophies up for grabs for UK-based accountants, bookkeepers and apps, including National Partner of the Year, Bookkeeping Partner of the Year and Innovative Partner of the Year.
Accountability Edinburgh Limited was founded in 2012 by Rosie Berridge and offers a virtual finance team service to SMEs across Scotland.

This year’s judging panel was made up of Xero leadership, along with guest judges from the Xero community, including previous Xero Award-winners and industry leaders.
