Today is a big day for founder and CEO of Cheltenham’s PinPoint Media, Oliver Bruce.
Not only has he been named ‘one to watch’ in The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders programme for 2024, but he’s also putting neurodiversity on the map.
Oliver, who has ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia, said: ‘I’ve always wanted to show, to myself and others, that neurodiversity, while challenging, can lead to great opportunities.
‘Often, we see outcomes that many may miss. Go get it! It’s a huge honour to be recognised in this years LDC cohort.’
PinPoint Media is a data-driven content and performance agency with offices in London and Cape Town as well as Cheltenham. It represents big-name clients such as Barratt Redrow, Knoops, Ticketmaster, HSBC and Nyetimber.
The Top 50 celebrates entrepreneurs demonstrating remarkable
ambition, and is now in its seventh year. It is backed by investment partner LDC — part of Lloyds Banking Group.
This year the programme received more than 700 nominations
showcasing exceptional individuals building successful and growing
businesses across the UK.
The business leaders featured in The LDC Top 50 for 2024 are celebrated for making a real impact by creating jobs, promoting social equality, championing
sustainability, expanding internationally and integrating purpose into business practices.
The ‘ones to watch’ are individuals making
great strides and growing their businesses. They excel in their industries,
make a positive impact on their customers and employees, and stand out for
their potential to achieve even greater success in the future.
Managing partner at LDC, John Garner, added: ‘It’s been
seven years since we launched The LDC Top 50 and in that time we’ve had the
privilege of meeting some truly remarkable people, and this year has been no
different.
‘I’d like to congratulate this year’s ‘ones to watch’ on their
achievements so far — we can’t wait to see what they do next.’
