Friday sees the beginning of another weekend of action across Europe get underway, with plenty still to play for as seasons begin to draw to a close.

A Premier League relegation battle, a play-off semi-final first leg in League One and a La Liga side seeing their dwindling Champions League hopes all but ended are the focus of our daily tips.

Bet of the day

Luton to win and Both Teams to Score @ 10/3

A run of three consecutive home victories has secured Everton’s top flight status for another season and this could open the door for Luton to reignite their survival bid when they host the relaxed Toffees at Kenilworth Road.

The Hatters have lost each of their last three but have only been beaten once across their last three home matches and could make home advantage count, especially given the timely return from injury of key striker Elijah Adebayo.

Everton’s form on the road leaves a lot to be desired – with their last win away from Goodison Park coming at Burnley in mid-December – and with safety already assured, there is little need for this record to change before the end of the campaign.

Home advantage could therefore help seal the vital points for Luton, but this victory is unlikely to come simply. Both teams have found the back of the net in each of the Hatters’ last seven at home in all competitions and another winner in this market could be in store alongside a Luton win.

Special of the day

Devante Cole and Dion Charles to score anytime in Barnsley v Bolton @ 6/1

A repeat of one of last season’s League One play-off semi-finals sees Barnsley and Bolton butt heads once more and, although the Tykes got the better of the Trotters on that occasion, recent form indicates that this fixture will be anything but smooth sailing for the hosts.

Barnsley have won just one of their last nine league matches while they have also failed to win any of their last six at Oakwell – including a 2-2 draw with Bolton in early March.

The Trotters will feel confident that they can avoid defeat in this first leg but the win could still be a tricky task, with the visitors claiming a sole victory across their last eight on the road.

With the result too close to call, the goalscorer market could provide the best value and both Barnsley and Bolton boast real threat in front of goal.

Tykes striker Devante Cole (18) and Trotters front man Dion Charles (14) lead the way in terms of goals for their respective sides and both could rise to the occasion and get on the scoresheet.

Long shot of the day

Getafe to win and Both Teams to Score @ 7/1

Athletic Bilbao are winless in four La Liga games and are now six points off of the top four as a result, with a trip to Getafe unlikely to get their Champions League dreams back on track.

Getafe are unbeaten in three in the league and have lost just one of their last five at home. However, they have only managed to keep one clean sheet at the Estadio Coliseum in that run, so a consolation strike for the visitors could be on the cards.
