What one thing do you wish you’d done differently when launching your company?

Royden Greaves: Rather than launching directly in the competitive UK market, I would have started in a smaller EU jurisdiction. This would have allowed us to gain early traction, navigate regulatory hurdles more easily, and build a strong foundation for expanding into the UK, which is the second-largest pension market globally….
