Digital health and wellbeing provider, Spectrum.Life, is to create 200 new roles over the next year.

Around half the positions are expected to be created in Ireland, with the balance set for the UK, with some of the roles remote.

The expansion will bring to 500 the total number of people working for the company.

Spectrum.Life said a significant portion of the new roles will be remote and they will span various sectors, including clinical positions, senior leadership, and business development.

“As we expand, Spectrum.Life remains steadfast in its mission to revolutionise digital mental health,” said Stephen Costello, co-founder and CEO of Spectrum.Life.

“This journey isn’t just about growth – it’s about transforming and saving lives.”

“By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we differentiate ourselves, building a brighter future for our clients, employees, and communities, and solidifying our position as a leader in HealthTech innovation.”

Spectrum.Life was set up in 2018 by Stuart McGoldrick and Stephen Costello.

Headquartered in Dublin, it currently has 4,000 corporate clients and 7.5 million insurance members and also serves 50 universities and 650,000 university students.

As well as an office here, the company also has a new UK hub in Manchester.

“Across the UK and Ireland, Spectrum.Life is providing digital mental health and wellbeing support to thousands of organisations,” said Leo Clancy, Enterprise Ireland CEO.

“The addition of these 200 roles across the UK, Ireland and globally will support the company’s growth trajectory as more organisations adopt health tech solutions,” he added.
