Belfast-based insurtech Seopa Ltd, creator of Northern Ireland’s largest price comparison website (PCW) CompareNI.com and one of the UK’s leading PCW’s, Quotezone.co.uk, has just reported its most successful year to date.

Now celebrating more than 4 million users a year with record traffic volumes across its various aggregator brands, Seopa has witnessed unprecedented growth over the last 12 months.

The integration of data science techniques throughout key areas of the business has been instrumental at driving this success, from pricing insights through to marketing – enabling Seopa to embrace surging consumer demand, enhancing service and savings for consumers.

Substantiating this successful year, the Northern Ireland firm has just been hailed once again as a Deloitte Best Managed Company – now requalified at platinum level.

Seopa Founder and CEO Greg Wilson, comments:  “As the insurance industry continues to struggle with escalating premiums, consumers are scouring the market for savings – as they struggle with some of the highest insurance prices in years.

“We’re proud to be able to make a difference to people in these difficult economic times.  Our aggregator platforms empower consumers, giving them the tools to compare and find better deals on their insurance products, and deliver real savings of millions of pounds every year to households throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

“We also provide vital support for companies of all sizes and industries – helping them to place business with the customers they need for growth. It’s a win-win solution for consumers and expanding firms.

“We’re also delighted to retain our recognition from Deloitte as a Platinum Best Managed Company. This achievement is a testament to the hard work of our team, our commitment to innovation, and our relentless pursuit of continuous improvement – all aimed at delivering the best value and service to our customers and business partners.

“We started out winning the Fast 50 Awards with Deloitte, designed for the fastest growing tech companies in the UK – progressing now to eight consecutive years as a Best Managed Company – now requalifying at platinum level, the highest accolade.

“This recognition reflects the high quality of the company we’ve built and the exceptional talent of our employees, contributing to the local economy through job creation in key areas such as marketing, business development, customer success, and product development.

“As a company, Seopa has thrived in this competitive environment.  With more than 20 years of experience continually evolving our software systems, people and business relationships to stay ahead of the curve as we look to new products and new markets for further growth in 2025 and beyond.”

As a pioneering firm, Seopa was the first in the UK to create an insurance comparison platform for both van and bicycle insurance, and now has one of the widest product ranges in the industry.

The company has been recognised with six Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards, and has been awarded a Deloitte Best Managed Company Award each year for the past eight years – now a Platinum Standard Best Managed Company for the second year.
