Michelle Bee has joined RSM UK as a new director. RSM UK is working to strengthen its business transformation team, as it experiences rising demand.

Mohi Khan, business transformation partner at RSM UK said, “Michelle’s deep expertise in business transformation and digital technology is a real asset to the team. She understands that for innovation to work, organisations must consider the wider picture and how it fits in with all other aspects of the business. Michelle will play a huge part in supporting clients along their unique journeys as well as building upon our strategic alliances further.”

RSM is the seventh largest professional services group operating in the UK. The firm offers a wide array of services, including assurance and advisory assistance spanning internal audit, technology risk, financial services compliance and international development funding.

The UK market in 2024 has called on organisations of all sizes to reduce costs, improve services and adapt quickly, with an increasing expectation this will include ethical use of digital technologies, automation and artificial intelligence. As RSM looks to help clients meet these demands, Michelle Bee joins as a director, to lead on enhancing operating models for clients, helping them to better understand the customer experience, develop digital innovation strategies and embed the right technology.

She arrives from PA Consulting, where she was a managing consultant. She has more than 15 years’ experience advising on operating models, with a particular focus on digital transformation, innovation and customer experience. Bee is also deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders with a particular focus on women from ethnic minority backgrounds, creating opportunities for individuals to thrive in leadership roles.

Bee remarked, “Innovation is not just about having a brilliant idea; it often fails when it doesn’t fully address the market and the user’s needs. I’m looking forward to helping clients at RSM, by putting the user experience and outcomes at the forefront and bringing this to life by cultivating the right environment, structure, insights and capabilities.”
