LEXINGTON, Ky. – No. 23 Kentucky men’s soccer (1-0) will go “All In for Miller” hosting RV Virginia Tech (2-0) on Monday at The Bell Soccer Complex. Kick-off is set for 7:30 p.m. EST as the Cats will raise awareness for pediatric cancer in partnership with UK Children’s Hospital, the Lexington Ronald McDonald House and All In for Miller.

The Wildcats will host the Hokies for the second matchup in all-time series history. The two teams last went head-to-head in Lexington in 1993. The match resulted in a 1-1 draw following two overtime periods.

Kentucky enters its second contest of the fall following a 3-2 season-opening win over Oral Roberts. In the first regular season match, UK’s three goals were scored by Isaiah Chisolm, Logan Dorsey and Oliver Stavdal.

Virginia Tech comes to The Bell following two home wins over North Florida, 4-0, and UNC Asheville, 2-0.

Monday’s match promotions will include a fan-favorite giveaway of vuvuzelas which will be decorated with gold bows to raise awareness for pediatric cancer. Junior goalkeeper Ryan Jack brought the idea of partnership with All In for Miller to his team and coaches in hopes of using Kentucky men’s soccer’s platform to raise awareness and money for the cause.

Fans can visit the All In for Miller table inside the entrance of The Bell. The Cats will also be partnering with the Lexington Ronald McDonald House and UK Children’s Hospital for the initiative. Prior to Monday’s contest, the Wildcats will visit the Lexington Ronald McDonald House to meet the children and families who are current residents. Those wishing to donate to the cause can do so by clicking here.

Big Blue Nation can purchase single match, group, and season tickets by clicking here. Tickets will also be available for purchase upon arrival to The Bell. Gates will open one hour prior to kick-off.

About All In for Miller

All In for Miller is a Non-Profit organization that will strive to be able to help hospitals, communities, and people in their struggles with improving the quality of life for children impacted by pediatric cancer, special needs, and potential medical requirements. All In for Miller will differ from other NPO’s because it will be based on relationships with patients. Not only is it about being able to provide financial support to families, it will also be with a relationship with them in an effort to let them know that there are other families that have walked challenging roads too.
