Director Flamur Rexhmati said: “We are absolutely thrilled and incredibly proud to have won.

“This achievement means so much to us as a family business, and it is a testament to the hard work, passion, and dedication of our entire team.

The restaurant has been open in the town for more than a decade and uses ingredients from local farms to support the economy.

Flamur added: “We continue to uphold our commitment to great taste and
exceptional service, making us a favourite in the community.

“Our fish is carefully selected and cooked to perfection, providing our
customers with a traditional, mouth-watering experience

“Our immediate plans include continuing to deliver the high-quality service and
