A BRAND new channel is launching on TVs across the UK today that will bring millions a big dose of nostalgia.

Freeview, Sky, Virgin Media and Freely viewers are all in line to receive the new channel, which debuted on 1 July.

‘That’s Memories’ – from the ‘That’s TV’ broadcasting hub – is giving viewers a one-stop-shop for throwback shows and historical documentaries.

The channel will air true crime series exploring the Prohibition era in Atlantic City to documentaries on London’s history.

It will also feature documentaries on figures such as Elvis and Frank Sinatra.

A placeholder for the new channel went live earlier this month, but it only began airing content today.

WHERE DO I FIND IT?

‘That’s Memories’ is on Freeview channel 71.

Virgin Media customers can find it on channel 296.

Freely viewers can watch the station on channel 42.

While Sky customers can go to channel 365 to watch.

SKY HIGH

‘That’s Memories’ replaces That’s 60s on Sky’s channel guide.

The new channel addition comes alongside a wider shake-up to Sky’s programme.

  • Dunya News (Satellite 754) closes permanently

  • That’s 60s (Satellite 365) rebrands to That’s Memories
  • Sky 10s (Satellite 304/849 – Sky Glass/Stream 304) renames to Sky Greats / Sky Greats HD (reverting from a temporary change)
  • Sky Pride (Satellite 302 – Sky Glass/Stream 302) renames to Sky Spies / Sky Spies HD (temporary change)
  • Sky Hits (Satellite 303 – Sky Glass/Stream 303) changes name to Sky2024Picks / Sky2024PicksHD (temporary change)

Wednesday 3rd

  • NOW 90s & 00s launches on satellite at 357

Saturday 6th
