Manchester-headquartered digital product business Apadmi has announced several additions to its UK senior leadership team.

Apadmi is fast becoming one of Europe’s leading digital product businesses, having doubled in size over the last three years.

Working with leading organisations such as Co-op, Domino’s, Greene King and the NHS, Apadmi is gearing up for further growth around its core services of designing, developing and optimising mobile and digital products.

Following a move into the Dutch market and recent investment from private equity firm CBPE, the UK leadership team has been restructured to support further growth.

Matt Hunt moves into the UK managing director role, having previously grown Apadmi’s support and optimisation offer in his previous role as chief performance officer.

“I’m delighted to be stepping up as MD at such an exciting time for the business,” said Hunt. “Having been part of Apadmi’s journey from the very beginning, it’s brilliant to see how far we’ve come in terms of client growth, diversification of services, and international expansion.”

Other new appointments to the Apadmi UK leadership team include Rebecca Stephenson as director of product, as well as Matt Harney, who becomes creative director. Ian Venables also steps up to become delivery director.

These new roles have been created to align with the business’ wider focus on delivering excellence across design and product for its growing list of clients in retail, financial services, utilities and healthcare.

The addition of a UK MD enables group CEO Garry Partington to focus on Apadmi’s broader plan of becoming Europe’s leading digital product consultancy.

“The expansion of our senior leadership team at a UK and group level reflects our strategy to expand and grow as a business,” said Partington.

“With a number of high-profile client wins, and our recent investment from CBPE, we’re well on track to hit our goals whilst continuing to deliver quality products and services which unlock value for Europe’s biggest brands, and their end users.”
