New GM and country manager for the UK Lalitha Stables has over two decades of experience working with brands including Salesforce, Google and IBM across EMEA and APAC.

She will be tasked with leading the direction of the UK business, delivering greater support to local customers, building a partner ecosystem that drives business growth and customer success across the UK.

HubSpot has also appointed Roisin Hughes as EMEA VP of sales for small business and Regina Umbach, as DACH small business sales director.

“Lalitha, Roisin and Regina have all worked with some of the world’s biggest tech brands and have a track record of delivering success wherever they go,” said Mark Barry, vice president of sales & managing director, EMEA at HubSpot.

Stables added: “HubSpot is an incredibly innovative, large and exciting brand that has single-handedly changed the way businesses market, sell and engage with customers, which is why I’m excited to be here, to help businesses of the UK grow and grow fast.

“I make career changes now based on interest, alignment with my values, excellent products and solutions, the ability to work with great people, quality of family life, and the opportunity to learn something new.

“After speaking with the HubSpot leadership team, it was apparent this was the right next move for me. I’m looking forward to leading the team here and developing a customer-centric culture that aligns to my core values.”
